1. Processing Times

Made to Order Items:

- Most items are handcrafted specifically for you in our Devon workshop

- Processing time: 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)

- Peak periods (November-December): 7-10 working days

- We will notify you of any delays

In-Stock Items:

- Items currently in stock dispatch the next working day after payment

Bespoke Commissions:

- Complex 3D items or custom hardware: 2-4 weeks depending on design complexity and finish curing times

- Timeline begins after design approval

Restoration Services:

- Assessment timeline: 2-3 working days for photo review

- Restoration work: 2-3 weeks once approved

2. Dispatch Notifications

- You receive an automatic order confirmation email when your order is placed

- You will be notified when your item is dispatched

- Tracking information provided where available

3. Delivery Methods & Times

UK Delivery:

- Primary courier: Royal Mail Tracked (typically 2-3 working days after dispatch)

- Specialized couriers for larger hardwood and slate panels

- Total timeline: 7-10 working days from order (5-7 days processing + 2-3 days delivery)

International Delivery:

- Available on request

- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 days after dispatch)

- Customs fees and import duties are the buyer's responsibility

4. Shipping Costs

- Calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination

- For restoration services and bespoke quotes, shipping costs are included in the technical quote

5. Restoration Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

- Secure packaging and shipping to our Devon workshop

- Return delivery costs after restoration is complete

- Insurance for valuable items (recommended)

6. Delivery Issues

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:

- Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe

- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution

Wrong Address:

- If you provide an incorrect delivery address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery

Undelivered Items:

- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch

- Re-delivery charges will apply

7. Packaging

- We use recyclable or repurposed packaging whenever possible

- Items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

- Large slate and hardwood panels use specialized protective packaging
